Hale Leys is situated in the heart of Aylesbury and is the main thoroughfare between Marks & Spencer on the High Street at one end and Market Place at the other. The key location of Hale Leys makes it an integral component of the town centre’s retail offer and it has a vital role to play in the future regeneration of the town.
Originally developed in 1982, the Centre provides approx 87,500 sq.ft of retail over a single level mall, anchored by a 34,500 sq.ft Boots store. Wimpy and New York Kitchen joined us in 2022.
We also have a self-contained office block known as Tower House which provides eight office suites.
